hello candy,
can you tell me what you know about gluten and depression/anxiety? it may be all in my head, but i feel like when ive eaten large amounts of gluten (when making seitan, or other faux meat products) i tend to feel more irritable/emotionally unstable after. is this possibly the cuprit? i am pretty thin and anything from wine to allergy medicine effects me more than id expect.
i am entering the cheesecake contest by asking you a sincere question.
