My Bio & "M.O."

Thanks so much for stopping by!! First and foremost I would like you to know that I'm absolutely passionate about real estate and I'm extremely passionate about helping people manage one of life's biggest investments, whether it's selling a home or buying not only an investment, but a sanctuary.

I have been buying, selling and investing in Southern California real estate for over 10 years. After immersing myself in real estate for my own investment purposes (I have bought and sold investments in the standard market using conventional financing, and in more creative ways such as foreclosure auctions (trustee sales), tax sales, AITDs, lease options, etc.). I decided to become a licensed real estate agent to enhance my acuity and to help others realize their dream of becoming homeowners, sellers and real estate investors too! I give each transaction my absolute 100%. I spring out of bed each day with the possibility of being even better today then I was yesterday, but not yet as good as tomorrow.

Besides this what perhaps makes me different than the average agent is the fact that I return every phone call, I keep an upbeat and genuinely respectful attitude, I value ethics as well as performance, and I absolutely love what I do. I believe that buying and selling real estate can be financially rewarding and spiritually uplifting! This is what I refer to as my "different approach to real estate". I believe the process of selling or buying your home should be as "zen" as possible and I actively enlist an intention of "wellness" from start to finish. If buying or selling one's largest asset, why not create as rewarding and healthy an experience as possible?

I have a multifaceted background as an honor student and graduate of Loyola Marymount University. I have a degree in Sociology (emphasis Anthropology), I am a certified raw food chef, a nutritional expert, an entrepreneur, and all-around, very happy and driven person. I'd love to put this drive and winning attitude to work for you! I am also the daughter of New Jersey's first African American female Superior Court Judge and the first Christ Hospital of Jersey City's first African American Head of Orthopedic Surgery; I come from a line of over-achievers who are passionate about what they do, and about doing it, second to none. My commitment to real estate is no different, though my approach may be completely different from the pack, which is exactly what I'm aiming for!
